REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Registration Information

The following services are included in the registration fee;

• It includes participation in all scientific events, stand area visits, final program book, congress bag, proceedings book and certificate of participation.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the prices stated above.
• For all payments not paid or delayed before the congress date, a 10% late fee will be reflected in your budget during reconciliation.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to reflect any possible changes in taxes, fees and duties on the prices.

Course Registration Fee (*)

Our courses are limited to quota and are paid.

Registration Cancellation Conditions:

• Registration cancellation request must be notified in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• In case of cancellation request made before August 1, 2024, the deposited registration fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of the bank charges.
• There will be no refund for cancellations made after August 1, 2024.
• Only name changes will be accepted after August 1, 2024.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.

Accommodation Informations

The following services are included in the accommodation fee;

• The prices stated are for single bed and breakfast per night, excluding 10% VAT
• For all payments not paid or delayed before the congress date, a 10% late fee will be reflected in your budget during reconciliation. Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to change hotels or not provide rooms, although room reservations will be made up to the payment made until the congress date.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to reflect any possible changes in taxes, fees and duties on the prices.

Accommodation Cancellation Conditions:

• Accommodation cancellation request must be notified in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• In case of cancellation request made before June 15, 2024, the deposited registration fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of the bank charges.
• There will be no refund for cancellations made after June 15, 2024.
• Only name changes will be accepted after June 15, 2024.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.

Transfer Informations

• The transfer prices stated above are two-way and are valid for transfers on 23 and 26 October 2024.
• Requests with incomplete payments will not be confirmed and all payments must be completed before the event.
• 20% VAT will be added to the stated fees.

Transfer Cancellation Conditions:

• Transfer cancellation request must be notified in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• Cancellations made before October 15, 2024 will be accepted.
• Transfer cancellations made after October 15, 2024 will be refunded after deducting 10% bank charges.
• Cancellations made during the congress will not be refunded, only name changes will be possible.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
